Commencement and Duration The Agreement shall not come into existence until we have approved your account and it shall continue for the duration of your active account with everythingabout.co.uk
Any free listings on promotions or any offers are subject to content approval and will also require a live link back to www.ILookLocal.co.uk, this live link must remain active at all times any live links that are removed to our website will result in the immediate removal of any and all of the free adverts listed
Our acceptance will be conditional on your meeting relevant criteria.
We do not give or make any warranty, condition or undertaking as to the duration of the lifetime of any Online Advert.
Our rights and responsibilities
We will normally agree to publish your online advert in accordance with our online directory listing policies, only after approval and we can make any changes at any time to the advert or listing we consider necessary .
The position of any Advert within each category or section of our Directory will be at our discretion.
We do not guarantee to incorporate your adverts or Listings or adverts into our Online Directory and all listings are subject to approval.
You acknowledge and accept that we do not make any representations guarantees or warranties that your online advert will appear on any particular pages, or in any particular position or priority or the frequency in which it may appear, all of which depend on the category or section you have allocated when listing your advert or adverts.
With regard to online adverts, you acknowledge and accept that computer systems may sometimes require periods of downtime for repair, maintenance and upgrading and, therefore, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. However, where it is in our control, we will try to keep any periods of downtime to a minimum.

We will be entitled to prevent the display of your online Advert if you fail to make any payment in respect of it.
We will not be liable for any disruption or delay in allocating your advert into the directory, or for failing to perform our duties under this Agreement if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We accept the Copy from you on the understanding that you have unconditionally approved the copy submitted for publication.
Your rights and responsibilities
The text adverts images or copy you provide must be accurate, approved, legal, decent, honest and truthful and it must meet the standards of the advertising standards authority.
You must own or have authority to use any trade name, trade mark, British Standard Mark or other quality assurance mark, logo or other material that is used in directory.
You must own the copyright in all content provided
You must be authorised to use any logo or name of any trade association you use in the directory
You grant us all such rights in any content submitted for use in our directory as shall be necessary for us to provide the search listings to users including the right to display such content on our website or any of our Partner Sites
You agree not to transmit at, or by any link from, the directory any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, pornographic, vulgar, harmful, racist or otherwise offensive material of any kind.
You confirm and warrant that the business you are advertising is lawful, (ii) you have obtained all appropriate licences, permits or any other regulatory consents required to operate the business you are advertising, and (iii) advertising your business in the manner agreed with us will not result in a breach of any law or regulation by you, us or any third party.
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the Laws of England and the parties hereto submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
