Although Armagh is relatively small in size it has several buildings of note. The Armagh Observatory and the Armagh Market House (built in 1815) are two prominent examples.
Gaelic Football is the most popular sport in Armagh with the Armagh GAA team ranking in the top 3 teams in Ireland. Armagh also has successful rugby and cricket clubs and the Armagh City Football club play in the Irish League Premier.
If you are planning to visit Armagh it has major road networks to and from Belfast and Dublin. Belfast International Airport is 45 minutes away, Dublin Airport is 70 minutes away and the Port Of Belfast is just 50 minutes away.
